Gohil credits his longevity as an independent producer to his ability to network and leverage his relationships with an impressive cross-country roster of fellow producers, engineers, musicians, promoters, and journalists. "Meghan brings the best of both worlds to the studio," said Chris King of Eleanor Roosevelt, who has been recording with him since 1986. "He's dedicated to getting the best sounds with the most appropriate feel for your project, but he never makes you feel like he's watching the clock or disrespecting your process." Gohil is open to hearing from new artists at any point in their development.
In case you're wondering about his name, Meghan's parents hail from India, and he was born in Seattle - his name is Sanskrit for "Cloud and Rain."
